Don Kachur
President & Owner
Today, Highland Moving is owned and operated by Don Kachur, the son of the company's founder. Don is active in the day to day operations of the company as well as being extremely involved in industry affairs. He has served on the Board of Directors for both United Van Lines and the Canadian Association of Movers. Don is deeply committed to the company's service philosophy "Moving with Pride" and ensuring Highland remains an industry leader.

Paul Wielens
CEO
Paul works closely with the senior management team promoting Highland and it's services and is responsible for overall business development and day to day operations of the company. Having worked with an international freight forwarder handling export and import shipments and holding a CIFFA designation made Paul the perfect candidate in 1988 to head up Highland's international division, Starline Overseas. Paul's wealth of knowledge and understanding of the business brought futher opportunities in 1998 when he took on his current role of CEO.

Casey Kachur
Branch Manager Calgary
While attending University Casey spent his summers gaining first hand knowledge of the moving industry. He has worked in all departments at Highland, including operations, sales and accounting. In 2004/2005 Casey was awarded Jason Lang scholarships for academic excellence and in 2005 graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. As Branch Manager Casey is responsibile for the day to day operation of the Calgary Branch including human resources, sales and operations management.

Cindy Clarke
Director of Information Technologies and Client Care
As Director of IT and Client Care Cindy is responsible for Highland's processes and procedures and is the senior contact for all service related issues. Having spent over 20 years of her career in various positions with Highland, combined with her information technology responsibilities, Cindy has a unique understanding of what is required in a successful move management software program. Cindy has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Relovision, Highland's proprietary move management software. As well as several professional development courses Cindy holds a delphi programming certificate from NAIT.

Randy Hornung
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations Randy is responsible for all Highland operations including day to day operations, safety, supplies, vehicles and equipment, drivers and crew. Randy is no stranger to the industry and has been honing his operations management experience over the last 34 years. Randy began his career in the moving industry in 1972 as a swamper and eventually became an Owner Operator with 2 of his own trucks relocating people's prized possessions throughout Canada and the United States. After 17 years as an Owner Operator Randy held the position of Branch Manager for a local moving company prior to accepting his current role at Highland in 1996.
